Due to the personalized nature of tarot readings, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once a reading has been purchased. Please be sure you are ready to proceed before completing your purchase.

Rescheduling Policy

Once a reading is scheduled, rescheduling is not guaranteed. Please double-check your availability before booking. In certain situations, rescheduling may be possible at our discretion. If you experience an emergency, please reach out to divinephoenixemail@gmail.com, and we will assess requests on a case-by-case basis.

Missed Appointment Policy

If you miss your scheduled live reading for any reason, no refund or rescheduling will be provided. The appointment and payment will be forfeited. A new reading would need to be purchased and scheduled
